Evocation is a specialist company for teacher recruitment.  Formed as Blighty Recruitment by two ex-TEFL teachers as a service for UK-based English language schools, we are now part of two leading agencies focused on teacher recruitment in secondary schools - Evocation Ltd and Renaissance Education.  We cover EFL and ESOL in the UK, including summer schools, and can also advise on international placements.

With experience of teaching in medium and large-sized English schools we understand the difficulties schools face in recruiting the right teachers at the right times. We know that schools are often bombarded with CVs from teachers whose working positions and locations change so quickly that those CVs quickly become moribund and of no use to the recruiter.
